Home is an interdisciplinary project, best described as theatrical audiovisual installation. Home was developed by four Greek artists, wishing to create a holistic experience for the audience. It is a hybrid production that aims to connect theatrical text to sound, lighting and the digital arts. All dramaturgical element coexist dynamically, creating a synchronised result.
The audience members enter a specially designed space, wear headphones (the sound has been designed for this medium), and then become part of an audiovisual theatrical event that unfolds with them at the epicenter. The work is reproduced digitally leaving the audience alone in the space without any human contact.
